Kathleen Cleveland leads the ‘Culture of Innovation’ division of StandPoint, an organization guided by the philosophies of adult learning and cognitive styles. Kathleen is a recognized expert in how adults learn and work together. In her 40 + years of experience in analyzing different cognitive styles, she has utilized her vast knowledge to develop graduate courses and workshops with a remarkable ability to systematically impact all types of learners. She capitalizes on their individual strengths while helping individuals stretch and refine shortcomings.
Kathleen is a certified instructor at Stage-Gate International and is currently teaching a workshop entitled, How to Create High Performing Cross Functional Teams.
Kathleen is equally at home with the demands of business to find new market niches and carve out a competitive advantage. She works with universities across the U.S. and clients worldwide. Her recent best-selling book received the Distinguished Achievement Award for Professional Development Methodology from the Association of Educational Publishers.
Kathleen holds a doctorate in adult education from Nova Southwestern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL, a Master’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, MO, and a B.A. from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN.
