Carole Hubbard, Director of Client Service

Carole is the Director of Client Service at StandPoint.  She is responsible for the design and execution of primary research studies and reports.

As a versatile and creative market research leader, Carole provides expertise in design, execution, and analysis for the delivery of custom research solutions.  She excels in providing actionable insights that drive business decisions for our clients.

She is a subject-matter expert on quantitative research.  Carole continuously stays up-to-date on advances in these techniques to ensure that we meet the needs of our diverse client base.

Carole is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive an exceptional level of service, and for the rest of us at StandPoint makes sure that projects are on time, and on budget.  Carole’s has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in project management, client service, and operations with market research firms such as Ipsos, Synovate, NPD, and Market Facts.

Carole received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing from Illinois State University.
